We can send a copy of the bill to both the landlord and the renter. With this benefit, the renter will get an original billing for the property, and the landlord will also have an original bill to be able to monitor the payment status and balance of the account. If your account is currently paperless, the landlord and renter will both receive an e-mail notification of the bill.
